Minutes, 1974-1983.

These records also contain minutes of the Private Industry Council (1979-1983), a group of private businessmen with interest in the CETA program. Also included are some of the minutes of the Area Manpower Planning Councils (1979-1983) throughout the state, who were the local CETA administrators. These are apparently the only state level CETA records which survive.
